1. Any information you post in the IWDN forums is public, and may be referenced and repeated by other members, site visitors and bots.
2. Contact information you choose to make public in your forum profile may be used to contact you on a non-spam basis. Action will be taken against bots and anyone engaging in unwelcome bulk messaging (two or more recipients of the same sent message).

IWDN owners and administrators may contact IWDN members and forum members as needed with administrative announcements regarding the site.

Article Submission

Articles submitted to IWDN will not be distributed in any way other than the expected posting in an appropriate category, with proper credits attributed to it. IWDN does not guarantee the ability to update articles in the future, though the intention is that a resubmitted article will replace an existing article of the same title. IWDN will make reasonable efforts to ensure all articles are the property of the contributor before posting. However, should you encounter a stolen or plagiarized work, please contact the IWDN to report the infraction, and additional measures will be taken to ensure the legitimacy of the work, during which time the submission will be unavailable.

The submitor grants the IWDN the right to display the article as stated in perpetuity. Requests to remove articles will be considered and granted at the sole discretion of IWDN owners and administrators.
