I have made a simple pre-loader for my flash movie, but as you can probably figure it doesn't work.

What happens is it stays white but actually loads the movie once it has pre-loaded.

The preloader I'm using is crap because I made it myself  Does any one know where I can grab a working preloader and I only have to change a couple things, like the last frame number and the last scene name?

I am working on a "mess about" project so I just need something that works, without spending to much if any time on it. A simple percent loaded preloader would be nice, any one know of one available?

Alternatively, if you can let me know how to do 'if percent loaded goto next frame' I could do something a little more creative myself ;)

http://www.flashkit.com/search.php?cat=movies&field=Description&per=10&pag e=1&term=preloader&x=21&y=9

Loads more movies and tutorials, sound clips, etc. Bookmark it if you're going to start doing Flash. ;)

Thanks Dave but I already looked there, they all had to do something fancy :( I think I'll just 'strip' elements out and keep the percentage :)

Are you still in need of a preloader? I have one I have used on a few sites... simple to drag from one project to another, place it on the first frame of the main movie clip and it works... just change the graphics to match the new site...

I'll have to dig it up when I get home from work.
