Just all I need - to loose more time in the day! :)

I found the article here: http://reuters.iwon.com/article/20041229/2004-12-29T151425Z_01_N28729826_RTRIDST_0_ODD-EARTH-DC.html
The deadly Asian earthquake may have permanently accelerated the Earth's rotation -- shortening days by a fraction of a second -- and caused the planet to wobble on its axis, U.S. scientists said on Tuesday.
And then found another article on the same scientist pretty interesting: http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/releases/2001/heliumwhistle.html

Maybe if they could figure out how to turn back time?

Hey, every millisecond counts, eh? Does this mean that we all weigh a little less too, since the earth's rotation causes centrifugal force to push harder against gravity? Just in time for New Years :D
