Reading a CD?

I have a CD that was done on a MAC and would like to be able to read it. My Windows System can not read it. Is there a Way or some programming that would allow this?

Are there executables on this CD, or just pictures? I don't see why you couldn't "explore" the CD, but you might not be able to run the executable, or batch files. So, you can't even explore it?

Edit: Also, what are you trying to do? Are you trying to easily move files between two PC's, in such a way that you might be able to use a different transfer method? Or, did someone give you the disk, and you need only read the files off of it? There were a few suggested programs on Google, though I've never tried such a thing.
