Property Rentals / Sales CMS available?

I have a local Estate Agents who have just started trading and have no website as yet. Seeing this as an opportunity - are there any CMS or scripts available for property that anyone can recommend?

There is actually a website keysforrent that offers pretty much the same thing.

I think there was one script - ASP though. I can search if you are watning to use that one

I would plug my Companies CMX system, but alas it is not ready yet.
