RSS Feeds

Anyone use a particular one? I found this site: http://diveintomark.org/archives/2004/02/04/incompatible-rss somewhat enlightening, but I am never one to really believe "it's on the net, it's goota be true" :)

I'm not very good with RSS feeds to be honest, I don't like the setting up part, what confuses me is the title stuff, how would it change if you have set it client side?

So now, I don't use a particular one ;)
