Seems about time:
DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) -- A federal judge has awarded an Internet service provider more than $1 billion in what is believed to be the largest judgment ever against spammers.

I doubt the ISP will ever see the whole sum. But this might scare some of the spammers out there a bit.

Strange you should say that, I have had 3 emails of this nature over the last day, I have never had any watch emails before this.

I get about 50 a day. I have not worn a watch since about December 31, 1999, when Y2K took mine out :D
All of them get thrown into my junk mail box, just have not had the time to set up an email filter for those

Yes, but make sure you filter the following as well:

r0lex
r01ex
roleks
etc.
Stupid spammers.
