Work out question from the fitness freak, how many lbs or kg's can you bench, and how much do you weigh and how tall are you?
Right now I can only do 75kg / 165lb, I'm currently 6'1" and just over 12 stone / 168lbs (Lost a little weight).
The reason I ask is, I think I'm on the skinny side(Maybe because I've been bigger and could lift more?), but my friends and family either say I'm big or just right. I know I'm healthy and not under or overweight because my BMI is 22.2
Now I am happy with myself sometimes, and others not so, but I don't want to over-do it.

Y'all are getting a little personal here :) I tried all that working out when I was in the military. It did not work out. I canont even remember what I did.
But here goes:
Height: 5'8" / 172.7 cm
Weight: 135 lbs / 9.6 stone
BMI: 20.5
As far as healthy - I would say so. Well except for my chest pains every so often. LOL and I do take the dog for a walk once a day. I guess a typical internet geek here?

I dont care much for weights, I do a lot of push-ups and sit-ups and running and bicycle. I have light weights of course (10-15KG), and I use machines that use counter force (like the one where you sit and bring your arms together, or pull a poll down) but I dont bench. I also swim from time to time. Oh, and soccer/basketball when there are enough people.
Been told I have a near perfect body. 8)

Webster has been thinking very highly of himself lately, maybe we should see a real photo rather than the pink elephant.

I'd love too, but seriously I can't post a real picture of myself. Legal reasons, damn modeling agencies... :?

Thanks guys :)
RCMV - I've been working out about 2 years, and my weight has gone up and down (unfortunately). I work out 3 times a week too (Weights and stuff), box 4 times a week(If my arms don't ache :P ) and run almost everyday :)

Just a small tip, if the object is weight loss then weights are not all of the answer. Weights improve muscle strength but if weights is all you do your not going to loss much weight.
Its entirely possible to be overweight and still have powerfull muscles.
The correct way is proper dieting, and this doesn't mean no food or less food. Just means avoiding certain foods. Fat filled foods mostly, and snacks... just dont eat them for a while.
Running and swimming and other activities that utilize all or most of your body and concentrate on burning calories and expanding energy instead of a particular muscle, thats the way to go.

The object is weight gain ;) I've been told by a few people more experienced than myself in this field that I need to work out more (Or longer), they also gave me some workouts to do :)
I think the problem is time for me, not enough hours in a day :(

Now that one is easy, just get in to touch with your inner pig. :P
I had to do it after an illness, just prepare your snacks in advance for the whole day and eat. If you dont have a problem with sugar eat lots of it, chocolates, 'etc.
Just dont over do it.

Yea, you can't gain weight sticking to a 100% healthy diet ;) Thanks for your input Eugene :)
