IWDN'ers (and IWDN'ets I suppose. I mean, we have Kalina and C here. Respect for the ladies... ladies love Eugene. OK, I'm done.)

What was I writing? Oh yeah;

IWDN'ers and IWDN'ets, it has come to my attention that few of you use the profile photos option. Too few.

This is a friendly reminder, go to your profile and scroll down.
Upload a photo and link to it from your profile, keep in mind the rules (http://forums.iwdn.net/rules.html#photos).

Now, to give you all the more reason to do this I will be holding The Webster Profile Photo Contest Thing.

Basically, you put a photo up and reply to this thread saying that you did so. I will be the judge and will be privately taking notes of how funny, awesome or otherwise noteworthy the photos are.

The contest will run until the end of the month upon which I will decide on a winner. The prize being my compliments, indeed a very good prize.

Considering that I have been asked on numerous occasions to take up male modeling a compliment from me is worth a lot.

IWDN'ets who wish to share a photo that potentially can break the rules can just, you know, PM me the photos. Yap.

OK, I'm done.

What is the judging of the photo on? How good or how bad it is? ;) I'll be uploading a new one in a sec.

There we go, a new photo of my ugly mug up for you all and the rest of this unearthly technology named the Internet to see!

Looking a bit wind swept, looking as though somebody has spiked my water and what is going on with the smile?

Hey... the great outdoors, that's what it does to you!

I'd make fun of that photo, but it does a great job on its own.

Keep em' coming folks.

Jamie
December 14th, 2004, 19:05
BigBison is the granddad around these parts. But we could have two!

BigBison? Hah! There are at least four or five ahead of the hairy buffalo! KirxKlox (Sam) is the winner in that department AFAIK. Sea Otter is next (where is that guy?).

Jamie

Ah, so BigBison is false advertising in his signature! Sea Otter... maybe he has gone for a swim or decided he had gone without fish for too long? ;)

You just wait, I have some crackers coming up! I would prefer not to upload in the profile though (I will keep the profile for a half decent photo) so I will upload to this thread if that is ok. :)

I found a small animated .gif which turned out to be 16k in size. I tried it anyway but apparently it didn't work.

Howsomever I see that Tjobbe's cute kitty is 16k in size ???

That's OK though as mine might have hit a gray area in the rules anyway.

I don't have a recent real portrait photo, even one that I could resize.

Beat this!

I was just about to head down a mine in Cornwall.

I'm not ashamed of it... honest!

I can beat that. I just have to put on my "monkey suit" - suits that we have to wear in order to enter the clean room at an automotive parts manufacturer outside of town.

I'll have to get one of my coworkers to take a pic sometime next week. It's really rather funny. It's just too bad I don't have any of the hairnets or booties that you have to wear as well - that makes it even better.
