Ok, I have a quick question here. It might be in the wrong forum, and if it is, i'm sorry. Anyways, I was just wondering what all you would need to know in order to make a site like myspace or adult friend finder or any one of those sites as far as where the viewer can create their own page and people can search for them. I always kinda wanted to make something like that, but I really don't know how to go about doing it. Thanks for you help and i'm sorry again if this question is too newbish.

Well I would think to start out you would atleast need to know php, mysql (or another database) maybe javascript, those would be used to create the script that controls all the functions of the site. Then you would need to know html and css to apply some styling to your script. This would create the look and feel of the script.
