exclude mail form from spam

Anyone know, I have a couple of mail forms on my website, they are being mailed to me but hotmail says its spam, because there was no sender id...

Is there any way to make a mailform look as if its just an email from any other person by including a sender id, or something else?

What are you setting your headers to?

$headers = 'From:'.$_SESSION['userdata']['email']."\r\n".'Reply-To:'.$_SESSION['userdata']['email'];

this contains users email, if he has it inserted in his account info, else it will be empty... but lets assume he has his email there
