Hi, how on earth do you do a walk thru in After Effects?

I don't know what you call it exactly, but it's when the "camera" walks through a landscape for example. Do you keyframe the elements in the viewer, toward the screen?

Complicated, but hopefully someone knows something about it.

You would most likely need to keyframe objects/elements coming towards the viewer though a walkthrough would be tedious unless you already had video shot of a walkthrough and you're just adding things along the way or you had a 3D walkthrough. It's definitely do able though. Lots of keyframing and good judgement of perspective will be needed!

I thought it would be something like that - thanks Christina.

A quirkyness would add to it actually, as it's supposed to be jerky and raw. I'll link to it when it's finished to show y'all the finished product!
