.rtf for invoice template

Hey,

I have started using SideTrackJob, and is used word .rtf file to create invoices from the database.

The problem is when i click print invoice on the site, it downloads the .rtf file but then cannot open it? But i can open it remotly?

Any ideas?

Its ok now thanks, i have sorted it.

I didnt close one of the brakcets off properly.
