Tick Tock clock fx needed

I'm in desperate need of the following effects:

Clock - slow tick-tock
Door Bell
Door Open
Door Close


Any help on the above would be great - or if anyone knows a website where I can get (can I say) FREE downloads

I'm looking these up on www.flashkit.com right now. You might want to try there yourself. So far, nothing great. But I only just started :)
