A clock? Real footage of a clock? A timer counting down at the beginning of a clip? You gotta be a bit more specific ;)

Sorry, i was in a bit of a rush.

No, I was after a countdown clock for the beginning of a film, but I've nicked one off uni, so that'll do for now! cheers and sorry for the unspecificity (if there's such a word!).
