I've been meaning to stock up on some good stock photography and footage. Does anyone here have any good resources to share?

I've been looking at Art Beats but they tend to be a bit pricey yet they have some great stuff! Anyone wanna share some good places to buy cd collections of good stock footage?

As for stock photography, where are some good and reputable subscription based ones? Or, good cd collections?

Thanks for the help....

I have no idea where one purchases B-roll though. I've never even heard that request before. If you find anything, please share!

For video footage : http://creativecommons.org/video/

This would be a good FAQ for the resources section Paul ;)

Thanks, but I was hoping for a sifted list ;) Nothing free. Hmm...I guess when I'm ready I will just have to pick and choose!! AGH.

As for stock footage, I would prefer to take my own yet I don't have that kind of time on my hands! So, looking for some decent collections before I throw down some serious cash on some Art Beats footage (j/k) I was hoping to find some others...............I think there's one called Digital Video Collection but I'm not sure...

I've used sxc.hu repeatedly, with brilliant results. They say royalty free, but they prefer you to contact the artist after download.

sxc.hu is a great resource but as I start to do more things professionally, I have to stray away from overused photography.

http://www.morguefile.com/archive/ - Free stock photos, as far as I know it is quite new.

And yes, I will add these to the FAQ, should be done today. :)
