Hello,
I have a web hosting company that also officers a variety of design services. My company is primarly targeted to the public safety industry such as Police Departments, Fire Departments, EMS Agencies, as well as the personal and professional sites of the members of those agencies.
I'm looking for a designer who I can sub-contract my work to at a fixed rate. Unfortunately I have to keep the pricing low only because of the types of agencies that I'm working with.
YOU MUST BE FROM THE UNITED STATES! YOU MUST be able to communicate with agency officials and supervisors fluently! I have had problems in the past with out of country outfits when I was starting up and can not make the same mistakes again.
Also note that most of the websites that I need done are not SUPER fancy. They must look good but the idea of the multi-thousand dollar sites is not what we are about.
We are mostly about geting local public safety agencies on the web with a good looking site.
Please forward your qualifications with a list of sites that you've done to my attention.
